Sterling in Stinson

We teamed up with Sterling Rope for a dynamic photoshoot on the route Better Than Sex, Porpoises (5.12c), capturing both the intensity of the climb and the reliability of the gear in real conditions. Climbed by Luis Calito and expertly belayed by Jon Amaya, the shoot showcased Sterling’s equipment where it matters most—on steep, demanding terrain. Behind the lens, Carlos Calito delivered exceptional work, skillfully demonstrating the featured gear in action and highlighting its performance, durability, and clean aesthetic. His ability to frame technical details while telling the story of the climb brought the entire project to life.
